13 Features Of The KIP 70 Series

This article is about the KIP 70 Wide format printer series.

There are three products in this range, 7170, 7770, and the 7970.
It identifies the top 13 benefits of investing in any one of these products in order to smooth the purchasing decision process. All the models in this recently released series of multifunction space-saving systems, utilise a stacking system that means it can be tucked away, unlike previous models.

They also have the following features in common: 1 inches worth of touch screen display.

The display is organised using a tile based design. The touch screen is easy to navigate, with pinch, swipe and tap functionality, in a similar way to smart phones.
Each of the systems is based on the same operating rules, reducing the need for extra staff training.

You can select which area of the document to print directly on the machine, instead of being at your computer. Utilising the KIP Cloud Connect technology has never been easier as you connect and print though it.

You can also use it to distribute your data to storage facilities such as the Google Drive and Dropbox, to name but a few.

Another way to connect a range of devices to your printing solution is through the integrated USB port.

The KIP 7770/7970 models are single function printers, however you can upgrade and add photocopying and scanning components as required, the additional components will stack on top.

All models in this series have a 24-Bit colour image quality which produces an image with a resolution of 600 X 2400 Dots Per Inch. (DPI) The different functions, printing, copying and scanning can all be done in colour or black and white, and using the inbuilt connectivity features, you can also print, scan and copy in colour through an appropriate inkjet printing device. They have an automated scanner feed, this speeds up the process of scanning documents as you no longer have to lift the lid of the scanner and change each sheet one at a time. You can use the apps on the machines through the network or the internet.
Each one has incorporated KIP high-definition technology and AutoCad and Microsoft certified drivers are installed. For those who are looking for a greener printing solution, it's worth knowing that 97% of each of these systems has recyclable components.
